PRODUCT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE We stand behind the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Return your product within 7 days of purchase, and we will exchange it for another product to best fit your needs. Please note that we do not offer refunds. All brushes and styling tools are final sale.

TIMELY ARRIVAL We kindly ask that guests arrive 5 minutes early to their appointments. Due to a full schedule, it may not be possible to complete your full service if you arrive late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late could result in a reduction of services or rescheduling your appointment, resulting in the loss of deposit.

RESERVATIONS: Your reservations are important to us at Mosaic Hair Co. They are exclusively reserved for you, and we truly value your time as well as that of our Artists. A credit card will be required for appointments booked online. We understand that life can throw curveballs, so kindly provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This time is precious, and it helps us serve you better.

Late cancellations, less than 48 hours in advance, will result in a 20% charge of the service booked.. No-shows incur a 50% charge of the service booked to the card on file. We are here to accommodate you, and the more notice you can give us, the better we can assist you. Enforcing this policy ensures we can offer reservation slots to our waitlisted guests and maintain our schedules to serve everyone at Mosaic Hair Co effectively. Thank you for your understanding and support of our policy.
CHANGE OR CANCELLATION A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for changing or canceling appointments. A cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment will result in 20% charge to the card on file. In the case of an emergent cancellation on the salon's behalf, every effort to accommodate the experience same day will be made. Please contact our desk for any questions.

COLOR ADJUSTMENTS POLICY We want you to love your experience with us here at Mosaic Hair Co. We believe in open, honest conversations between our guests and our team. We do not offer refunds on services, but we guarantee all of our services when you purchase the recommended product regimens to maintain your look at home. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let leadership know within 5 days of your service so we have the opportunity to make adjustments where necessary. Color adjustment services must be completed within 10 days of the original service, or an extra fee will apply. Please contact leadership at for any questions.

COLOR USAGE FEE We have partnered with a data collection company to measure our color usage down to the drop. This has allowed us to accurately measure and charge for the amount of color used for each individual guest.

SALON DISCRETION As an inclusive space, our priority will continue to be safety and security at Mosaic Hair Co. All appointments are subject to cancellation at the salon's discretion if a situation arises. In the event of an illness-related reason, Mosaic Hair Co reserves the right to reschedule any necessary appointments but will make our best effort to accommodate.
